We have a speaker coming from Everett to give us a presentation on “SLOW MONEY”.
Take a look at this video- Inspired by Slow Money.
Description of Slow Money:
“Slow Money NW connects investors interested in food and farming with
regional food and farm businesses seeking investment. We do this through
accredited and non-accredited investor/business presentations, connecting
businesses to community banks and credit unions, a new farmer loan fund that
offers loan guarantees to financial institutions so they can take more risk, and
through connecting “Angel Professionals” – accounting, finance, legal,
marketing, and business development experts – who help get the businesses ready
for investment. For more information see http://www.slowmoneynw.org or the national site http://www.slowmoney.org.”
